Our extra super slippery polyliner is slippier than any truck flooring that we know of!

Our customers have reported that our liners are so slippery that most of the load comes out smoothly and evenly during the first raise of the hoist.

Polyliners are ideal for sand, clay, loam, snow, ice, bank run, salt, gravel, coal, sticky lime, lime waste, sludge, aggregate, waste, agricultural uses, construction, bark, chips, sawdust, grain, fertilizer and much more. They are not only for dump trailers.  They can also be utilized for spray booths, meat processing areas, box trailers, splash guards and more - use anywhere you don't want a product to stick to!

Polyliners are incredible because they:

• reduce the height of hoist
• carry less oil
• prevent loads from sticking and freezing
• reduce stress on the whole truck - especially on the hoist and the doghouse
• help prevent tailgate cracking
• eliminate shoveling and picking.
• tapered thickness is available.

Tarp Materials: Fabric Type and Color Choices

• Mesh: multi-color, black and green
• 14 oz. Vinyl: black, red, and blue
• 18 oz. Vinyl: black, blue, green, red, white, yellow, gray and orange
• 22 oz. Vinyl: black, red and blue

Construction

• All hems are triple rolled with rope sewn inside for additional strength
• All grommets are heavy-duty brass #4 teeth washers, and unless otherwise specified, all grommets and dee rings are on 30" centers
• All dee rings are attached to the tarp with double-sewn webbing reinforcements
• All vinyl materials are welded together by our state of the arty vinyl sealer, making the joined area stronger than the original material
• All sewing is lock stitched for better security and only polyester thread is used for durability
• All tarp's are made to the full finished size - not cut size

By special request, stenciling is available with customer logo. It's also available using 6" block letters.
